Winners have 30 business days to claim their prize (after notification that the prize is available for pick-up). If a prize has not been claimed after 30 days, then the prize is forfeit.  Some contesting requires winners to claim their prize in a shorter time frame and will be stated in the contest rules if applicable.  Winners will be notified by the promotions department with specifics if the 30 day rule does not apply to the contest that they have won.  Please remember to bring your photo ID when coming to claim a prize. Prizes must be picked up at WKKF during business hours and CANNOT be mailed, if you have any problems claiming your prize in the given time period, please contact me and I will do my best to work something out!

From the North
Take Northway Exit 6.  Take a right onto Troy-Schenectady Road (Route 7).  Go approx 3 miles.  Clear Channel Radio is located at Riverhill Center – 1203 Troy-Schenectady Road.  Suite 201.  (Turn right from Troy-Schenectady Road into Riverhill Center.  Follow the driveway to the right all the way around to the back building.  The entrance is around the back of the building) 

From the South
