Well this is bad news. Melting Pot in Crossgates Mall has announced that they are officially closed.
They made the announcement on their Facebook page -
Valued fans, we regret to announce that The Melting Pot of Albany has closed for business indefinitely as of Wednesday, September 26. This closure was a business decision based on the economics associated with this franchise location.
Hard to believe that they lasted 10 years in this location. I was only there once and it wasn't exactly busy when I was there. For those of you that enjoy fondue this news isn't exactly what you wanted to hear.
